Shipping Information

For standard delivery within Australia and internationally we use Australia Post or alternate courier carrier. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1- 2 business days, then shipped. We offer free shipping on all purchases $50 and over, including sale products, which applies to standard domestic shipping only. We offer free shipping on all purchases $100 and over, including sale products, which applies to standard international shipping only. 

Our shipping charges and delivery timeframes post-dispatch are as follows. Please be advised that during a sale or peak period your order may not be dispatched for up to 4 business days. We appreciate your patience during this time.

DELIVERY DELAYS TO WESTERN AUSTRALIA

Due to rail closures and severe weather, customers in Western Australia are advised to expect delivery delays. Please see Australia Post for further details.

Please allow extra time for shipping, and consider using Express Post for urgent deliveries. Express Post is not affected by rail closures, but may experience slight delays due to increased demand on this service.

Australia:
Orders over $50

  • Free shipping within Australia.

Orders under $50:

  • Standard shipping: 3 to 7 days – $10.95
  • Express shipping: $14.95

International:
Orders over $100

  • Free shipping.

Orders under $100:

  • Standard shipping: 3 to 7 days – $39.95

If your parcel cannot be delivered, Australia Post or alternate courier used will leave a calling card for you to collect it from your nearest Post Office. If your parcel does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team available Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm AEST

Important Notice:

Customs and Import Duty Charges effective from 11.59pm AEST on Saturday 12 November 2011.

Please note customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination (delivery) country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. As customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country and we have no control over these charges, we cannot confirm what the cost would be. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order to avoid any unforeseen charges.

If you enter an incorrect address during checkout Group48 is not liable for any delay or if the item does not arrive to you. Where an incorrect address is entered, parcels are usually returned to sender. We will make every effort upon the parcel being returned to us to re-label and re-dispatch however Group48 cannot be held accountable for any delays which are incurred during the transit/delivery period. Please note there will be an added delivery charge to resend your item(s) to the correct address.
