Step 1: Slowly twist open your Mascara to ensure you get the most product on your mascara wand.
Step 2: Hold the wand at the base of your top lashes. As you drag up wiggle the mascara wand gently from side to side to create fuller, thicker lashes.
Step 3: For your lower lashes turn your mascara wand vertically to target tiny lashes.
